Today, Zachary provides a “Behind the Scenes” look into his life and how things have been changing requiring him to take a bit of a break from Blogcasting Work.

When we pray God looks at our hearts and sees the truth of our condition. Humility is rewarded while boastfulness and pride are not. Prayer is for the sake of communication between you and God, not to prop ourselves up in the sight of man.

When business takes over and we let it crowd out the importance of taking a rest it will cause us to become fatigued and lose the ability to endure as we ought to. It is by surrendering our many worries, thoughts, desires, stressors, and burdens to Jesus that we become able to have a peace that lasts and goes beyond our understanding.

Living a life on mission requires many things to be fruitful for the kingdom of God but they all flow from maintaining a relationship with Him. A relationship resulting in us developing humility, strength, and the ability to trust Jesus at all times because we know who He truly is.

Today, Zachary shares the following thought about cancel culture.
Satan doesn’t have the power over what we think or say but what he can do is intimidate and ultimately demoralize us into self-cancellation. The reason for this is to take us out of the battle completely.

Scriptures for the Thought; 2nd Thessalonians chapter 2, John 3:19, 2nd Corinthians 10:5, Romans 8:37, and 2nd Timothy 1:7.

Our source of strength as Christians is our restored relationship with God. But this relationship will only provide us with that strength if we maintain it.

We need to be careful about where we source our information from when it comes to things in life but especially when it comes to scripture. The TV show “The Chosen” has had a massive success but due to how it has taken a vast amount of artistic liberty in how characters are portrayed along with adding new events to the story of Jesus’ time on earth a vast amount of Christians who don’t watch it are either skeptical or concerned. This is a good thing because it reminds us to remember that shows shouldn’t be seen as the source we go to but rather the real scriptures.

Reading through the gospels we see that there have been two times when Jesus needed clear out the temple. Both of these instances reveal just how much God cares for us to live holy lives since our bodies are the dwelling place of the Holy Spirit. They also reveal the great passion He pursues this purpose for our lives. When we encounter these times we have two options before us. We can either quench the Holy Spirit which parallels the elders who plotted to kill Jesus or we can be humble and accept the chastisement which lets us be transformed into restored holiness. For he cleansed the temple for the purpose of restoring the holiness which was meant to exist in it.

Masters are made through yielding to temptations and the more we yield the stronger they become. There is but one way to be freed of this and that is to restore God’s position as the Master over our lives in all areas of it. And freedom from sin does not have to be limited to the individual but can expand throughout the nation as it returns to the position of submission to God.

Today’s blogcast covers how it is easy to try and do things our own way when God’s way doesn’t make sense to us. This comes because trust in Him is being grown through the time we are going through. Sometimes it’s rough but to endure to the end we have to be humble and admit that we don’t know it all and never will.

Today we get a look at something that Zachary has been reading, “The Spiritual Man” by Watchman Nee published in 1968. A book that deals with the issue of man having two natures the one which we are born with, that of sinful flesh, and the one which comes from God’s spirit as a result of accepting Christ Crucified and Resurrected as Lord.

Today Zachary looks at verses from 2nd Timothy and Romans to provide guidance on how to deal with intimidation as a Christian.

The book of Jude is the Second to Last book of the Bible and it is focused on dealing with the issue of false teachers. Giving ways to identify them and how we are to respond when they arise. Join Zachary as he dives into this book looking at the original Greek meaning for a few of the words used by Jude in his letter to the church.

Today Zachary does something different. Instead of expounding on a biblical teaching he works through a question to the end result. Asking how does believing in a god who is omniscient, omnipotent, and who actively cares about the world events impact society.

Today Zachary covers the topic of knowing your place in your local church and how sometimes your desire for more is not to get more but maybe to give more.

In today’s episode, Zachary Coffey takes a deep dive into the similarities between the nation of Ancient Israel and the USA. Israel had a written covenant with God but the USA had a spiritual blessing and covenant with God through founding the principles of this nation were and are based on the morality of the Bible.
